Role Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will be instrumental in the production process. Your main responsibilities will include operating and monitoring machinery to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining the efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Adhere to site regulations and maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping.
Accurate Documentation: Complete all paperwork in real-time, ensuring accuracy, legibility, and compliance with Good Manufacturing practises (GMP).
Quality Assurance: Immediately report any quality issues to the Production Leader/Group Leader to maintain product integrity.
Effective Communication: Conduct thorough daily handovers, detailing current setup and running status using the Tier 1 process.
Continuous Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on machines during production to ensure optimal performance.
Follow Instructions: Work diligently according to detailed written instructions, adhering to mandatory site policies.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
CMF Operator: Some manufacturing or press operating experience is beneficial.
