Sitting within our Accounting, Reporting & Control (ARC) team, this role is all about safeguarding trust, delivering high-quality risk assessments, strengthening financial controls, and helping us simplify and streamline processes as we continue to grow and integrate. Whether you're supporting system implementations, partnering with auditors, or taking on control deficiencies head-on, you’ll be driving real impact at the heart of a high-performing finance function!

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
* A recognised accounting qualification (such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA). A background in practice can be helpful, but it’s not crucial, we value diverse experience.
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and frameworks, such as US GAAP, IFRS, and SOx.
* Proven project management skills—you're comfortable coordinating across different teams, juggling priorities, raising concerns early, and keeping things moving.
* Phenomenal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate optimally with people at all levels of the business.
* A solutions-focused attitude, you enjoy solving challenges and finding practical ways forward.

* Proficiency in interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights
