Set in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel offers 18 luxurious bedrooms, several with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine in the hotel’s Quarterdeck restaurant or relax in the Boathouse bar, which features a terrace and garden area with sea views.
As a brand ambassador, you will foster an inclusive culture, leading and developing your team to ensure excellent customer service. With support from your Operations Manager, you will aim to achieve key business objectives, drive growth, and ensure customer satisfaction and success.
