Are you driven by the idea of giving customers a meaningful voice? Do you thrive on building strong relationships and shaping services around real customer needs?
We're looking for a passionate Customer Engagement Officer to lead the way in how Broadacres connects with and listens to its customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead engagement initiatives that empower customers to influence and shape our services.
Collect and analyse feedback—both qualitative and quantitative—to inform service improvements.
Communicate outcomes clearly, showing customers how their input has made a difference.
Collaborate across teams, especially with Communications and Customer Complaints, to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
You will have experience in customer engagement, community development, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.
