What you’ll do * Build and maintain detailed production schedules across multiple print and packaging lines. * Balance customer deadlines with machine capacity, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime. * Monitor live jobs, adapt to changing priorities and communicate updates to stakeholders. * Work closely with procurement and sales to ensure materials and stock levels align with customer demand. * Spot opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and increase productivity. What you’ll need * Proven experience in production planning — within print or packaging. * Strong understanding of scheduling systems/ERP/MRP tools. * Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Sharp attention to detail, great organisation and clear communication. * Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
