I am working with a highly respected law firm in Stoke-on-Trent that offers a genuine alternative to the “big regional practice” career path. The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (3–4 years PQE) to join their growing team. You will advise a varied client base including business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and families on a broad range of matters, while benefiting from direct exposure to complex, interesting work.
This role is office-based, giving you the chance to collaborate closely with colleagues in a team-driven environment.
The Role
* Managing a caseload of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Tax and Succession Planning
* Advising business owners and high-net-worth clients on wealth protection and estate planning
* Handling complex estates including those with business and property assets
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering clear and empathetic advice
* Working as part of a supportive, open and ambitious team
About You
We are looking for a solicitor with:
* 3–4 years’ PQE in Private Client law
* Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts & tax
* A client-focused, commercial approach with excellent communication skills
* The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture
Salary & Benefits
