Main duties of the job
You will lead the day‑to‑day delivery of estates services across a diverse and complex operational portfolio, ensuring buildings, infrastructure and engineering systems are safe, compliant, efficient and fit for purpose, with appropriate regard to statutory requirements, HTM guidance and relevant industry standards.
The role goes beyond operational management, offering the opportunity to modernise ways of working, improve performance and develop a high‑performing team. You will ensure estates services are delivered in line with regulatory and compliance frameworks, while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and strong performance management.
