What You'll Do
* Provide individualized occupational therapy services to post-acute and long-term care residents
* Help patients improve daily living skills and regain independence
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
* Document progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
* Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
