* Basic salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
* Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
* A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
* Minimum on-target earnings of £28,125+ per year

* Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu)

The responsibilities of a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Luton

* Booking and conducting property inspections
* Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
* Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues
* Handling deposit returns
* Resolving rental arrears
* Processing eviction requests
* Ensuring properties meet all health and safety standards
* Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
* Managing complaints
* Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

* A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Previous experience in property management or customer-facing/admin roles if no prior property management experience

* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
* Evidence of your right to work in the UK (e.g., Passport or Birth Certificate)

We will also need:

* Proof of Address
* National Insurance Number
* Drivers Licence Check

At some point(s) in your application process, you may be required to interview via video call.

Holiday entitlement of 30 paid days per annum (pro-rata), including 22 days plus 8 bank holidays, with a day in lieu if working on a bank holiday.
