Job Title: Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative (5m FTC)
Location: Burton-on-Trent and across Midlands
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Contract Type: Fixed-term, 5 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00-16:30, possible overtime
About the role
As part of our Grounds Maintenance team in Burton, you will keep the green spaces of Burton and surrounding areas in excellent condition for our high-profile clients across the Midlands through grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills, gain valuable experience, and grow within a friendly and supportive environment.
Requirements
* Previous Grounds Maintenance experience, including with ride-on mowers.
* A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential; ability to tow trailers is desirable.
* A can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
