Job Description
As a Painter and Decorator at Lion Quays, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our spaces looking fresh, professional, and inviting. You will work on a variety of projects, including guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, and event spaces, ensuring all painting and decorating tasks are completed to the highest standards. Minimum 2 years of experienced required to be considered for the role.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating (sanding, filling, priming, etc.)
* Carry out painting, wallpapering, and minor repairs
* Maintain high attention to detail to deliver impeccable finishes
* Work safely and neatly with minimum disruption to guests
* Assist with regular maintenance schedules and refurbishment projects
* Collaborate with the maintenance and housekeeping teams
About You
* Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, preferably within hospitality or commercial environments (2 years painting and decorating experience required)
* Skilled in various painting techniques and wall coverings
* Strong eye for detail and quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, organised, and with a positive attitude
* A commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
