Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer
Location: Birmingham or Nottingham
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Full-time / Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join a busy and well-established property team, based in either Birmingham or Nottingham.
The Role:
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\t
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
\t
* New build transactions
\t
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders
About You:
\t
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer
\t
* Proven experience handling residential property matters independently
\t
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
\t
* Excellent client care and communication skills
