We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join a well established and modern Accountancy Practice based in Bolton. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for;
• Providing excellent end to end payroll delivery and fantastic service to all clients
• Keeping up to date with new payroll legislation and compliance, and ensure changes are introduced to client payrolls
• You will be the point of contact for your clients and key accounts, supporting them with any payroll queries
• Providing excellent client communication skills and to be able to build relationships
£25,000 - £31,000 (depending on experience)
What we are looking for;
• Experience of managing or running multiple payrolls is essential - ideally from an Accountancy Practice or Payroll Bureau
• Knowledge of Sage or other payroll systems is essential
• Experience in dealing with client payroll queries with confidence
• 5+ years payroll experience
