10. Delivering high-end, modern British service within a refined restaurant environment.
11. Acting as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is seamless from arrival to departure.
12. Assisting the management team in maintaining 4-star boutique standards across the floor.
13. Supporting the development of junior team members while maintaining excellent product knowledge of the food and beverage offerings.
What’s required?
14. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.
15. Attitude: A “can-do” approach, excellent time-keeping, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
16. Skills: Strong communication skills and a well-presented, professional appearance.
17. Flexibility: Ability to work 40-45 hours per week on a roster including split and straight shifts.
18. Eligibility: You must have the right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available).
