Job Description
We are looking for an experienced project professional to develop and deliver Capital Projects and MAC activity across a diverse customer portfolio.
The role requires strong commercial governance, compliance management, supply chain leadership and the ability to interface effectively with internal teams, key accounts, global operations and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the tactical development and delivery of Capital Projects and MAC activities.
2. Grow project activity organically across the account portfolio.
3. Build and maintain relationships with internal country teams, key accounts, global operations and external customers.
4. Hold P&L accountability aligned to country financial targets.
5. Develop delivery models and manage resources across multiple projects.
6. Oversee commercial governance, financial practices and tender quality.
7. Ensure strong compliance and risk management across all project activities.
8. Manage and develop the supply chain to support consistent, high-quality delivery.
9. Implement best-practice processes to maintain a high standard of service.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
10. Minimum HNC (or equivalent) in a technical or management discipline.
11. Recognised project management qualification (Prince2, APMP, PMP etc.).
12. Expertise in Construction, Engineering or Built Environment (essential).
Experience & Skills
13. Experience at Manager level within building projects or FM, ideally in banking, corporate or commercial office environments.
14. Experience managing projects or programmes with a value of £3m+.
15. Proven Health & Safety compliance management experience.
16. Experience estimating project costs and producing high-quality tender submissions.
17. IT literacy across Microsoft Office, MS Project and Monday.com.
18. Commercial awareness with the ability to understand financial, labour and material drivers to identify improvement opportunities.
19. People leadership with the ability to lead teams and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
