Our client, a well-known garden furniture company based in RG17, is looking for a reliable and confident Temporary Admin Assistant to join their team through the busy summer season.
This is a full-time, office-based role running until the end of August – perfect for someone with good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering customer calls and handling enquiries in a professional manner
* Inputting customer details and updating records using a simple internal system
* Supporting with general admin tasks as needed
* Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Confident, clear communicator – especially on the phone
* Strong customer service skills
* Organised, dependable and proactive
* Previous experience in admin or customer service
* Able to travel to RG17 daily (own transport may be required due to location)
What’s on Offer:
* Up to £13 per hour
* Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
