We are seeking a commercially focused Sales Manager to advance our sales and service offerings in the UK. Ideal candidates will have experience in metering and instrumentation sectors such as utilities, M&E, flow, wastewater, leakage, heat metering, or sewerage, with a strong understanding of our products and the ability to start contributing immediately. The role is based in Central Bedfordshire with travel across the UK.

Job Description: Reporting to the UK Managing Director, this role involves driving expansion in flow metering and non-revenue water solutions, managing a UK sales team, and engaging directly with clients and industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the UK sales and service team, including coaching, motivation, performance management, recruitment, and training.
* Manage and support a team of three, providing mentoring and challenge.
* Report sales performance to senior management regularly.
* Oversee client projects from design to execution, working closely with stakeholders.
* Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and monitor competition.
* Prepare tenders and proposals, representing the company at industry events.
Person Specification:
* Proven success in sales and leadership within the water industry or related fields.
* Experience managing a sales budget of £5-£15 million.
* Ability to develop and grow accounts and influence industry professionals.
