We are seeking a motivated and proactive Logistics & Quality Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Malton. This company is a leader in its field, designing and producing high-quality engineered products for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
6. Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and outgoing products to ensure high standards are met
7. Coordinate shipments and logistics for both UK and international customers
8. Manage documentation, including export paperwork and quality reports
9. Assist in resolving non-conformance issues alongside the QHSE Manager
10. Pack and prepare goods for delivery while ensuring efficient stock management
11. Organise transport and liaise with couriers to ensure smooth deliveries
12. Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement in quality and logistics
What We're Looking For:
13. Previous experience in logistics or quality control
14. Ability to read and understand technical drawings
15. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems
16. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP software
17. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
18. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
20. Forklift licence is a desirable – but training will be provided
21. Willingness to learn ESD and IPC techniques (training available)
