You must be a Front Office Manager who has managed large teams. The departments include Nights, Guest Relations and Concierge as well as Reception. This would suit someone who has been a Rooms Division Manager who doesn't mind their title. You will liaise closely with both the Housekeeping Manager and the Maintenance Manager. As Front Office Manager you will have excellent customer service and ensure that your team are delivering excellent guest experiences. You will enjoy training and developing your team. This is a very busy hotel and you will be busy for the full shift. Therefore it is essential that, as Front Office Manager, you enjoy a fast-paced role and can manage a team of over 30 people to do the same.
