Industrial Refrigeration Engineer 22PH + D2D Travel – Kent ONLY
Are you a experienced Indsutrial Refrigeration engineer OR Commercial Refrigeration Engineer looking to take the next step into the industrial sector?
We’re working with a leading global specialist in industrial refrigeration and air conditioning who are expanding their team in the Kent area. This is a great opportunity for junior to intermediate-level engineers interested in building a long-term career in industrial systems such as ammonia, CO2 and glycol chillers.
You’ll be part of a specialist division focused on the design, installation, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems across food production and distribution sites. The role offers exposure to full-production environments with ongoing on-site training and mentoring from experienced industrial engineers.
The Role:
1. Service, maintenance and installation of industrial refrigeration & chiller systems
2. Work across major production and food distribution sites
3. Involvement in planned and reactive maintenance
4. Full training provided for engineers transitioning from commercial background
Requirements:
5. Experience with refrigeration systems (industrial or commercial)
6. F-Gas Certified – C&G 2079
7. Full UK Driving Licence
8. A willingness to learn and develop into the industrial sector
Package:
9. Up to £22.00 per hour (based on 40-hour week)
10. D2D Travel Paid (all travel at 1.5x rate)
11. Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
12. Call Out Rota with £150 standby allowance
13. Company Van & Fuel Card
14. 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shutdown
15. Tools account, PPE, Uniform all provided
