What You'll Do
* Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-grade network and systems infrastructure across hybrid cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem environments.
* Champion observability, high availability, and security as first-class concerns.
* Collaborate with DevOps, InfoSec, and Engineering teams to modernize legacy infrastructure and drive cloud migration.
* Own lifecycle management, capacity planning, and incident response for critical systems.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers while setting technical standards and best practices.
What You Bring
* 10+ years of experience with enterprise-level system/network design and support.
* 10+ years of relevant experience in Cloud environments.
* 5+ years of experience as a technical lead or architect.
We're looking for candidates who go beyond surface-level knowledge. You should be able to clearly explain how and why technologies are used in context, not just what they are.
Must-Have Technical Expertise
* EVPN, VXLAN, and VRFs
: Deep understanding of scalable, multi-tenant network design.
* Routing Topologies
: Clear grasp of eBGP vs iBGP, route reflectors, and TTL behaviour in real-world scenarios.
* Palo Alto NGFW & Panorama
: Experience beyond basic firewall rules—ideally including TLS decryption, GlobalProtect, Prisma Access, and Cloud Identity Engine.
* Hybrid Cloud Networking
: Proven track record across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
* Infrastructure as Code
: Proficiency with Ansible, Terraform, and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
* Security & Authentication
: Strong grasp of ACLs, 802.1x/NAC, LDAP, RADIUS, and enterprise wireless.

* Experience with Disaster Recovery planning and implementation.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools and forensic analysis.
Additional Context
* Candidates

* Strong preference
for experience with

Juniper or Arista backgrounds
