As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT),you will play a pivotal role in guiding BAES to new heights of success. Your expertise, insights, and commitment will contribute to shaping and improving learner experience and outcomes and fostering an environment of innovation and inclusivity. This Faculty within BAES is one of the largest providers of English/Maths Adult Skills Qualifications in England with a growing discrete offer for adults with disabilities and/or learning difficulties. With qualifications ranging from pre-entry to Level 2, including Functional Skills and GCSEs, we are as proud of our enrichment offer, development of transferable skills and progression rates as we are of our sector-outperforming achievement rates. BAES was last inspected in March 2019 where Ofsted issued a ‘Good’ grade for Overall Effectiveness.
