We are seeking a qualified Solicitor (0–3 years PQE or 3+ years PQE) to join a highly regarded Serious Fraud & Organised Crime Department.
You will work on complex and sensitive cases involving white collar crime, fraud, asset recovery, and organised crime. This is a chance to develop your career alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the field.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing your own caseload of complex, digitally served evidence.
2. Producing detailed legal analysis and research on novel issues.
3. Playing a key role in the strategic direction of high-profile cases.
4. Exposure to Proceeds of Crime Act 2, Serious Crime Act 5, and Criminal Finance Act 7.
5. Working directly with senior specialists on nationally recognised cases.
What we’re looking for:
6. Strong academic background & prior experience in serious fraud/organised crime.
7. Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
8. Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
9. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of client care
