The Role
As a Marketing Director for Ostmodern, you will have the challenge and opportunity to strategize, build and deliver a winning customer marketing program across both the Professional Services and Skylark sides of our business.

The successful candidate will develop new marketing strategies, processes, and activities that will drive value for our business, to increase Ostmodern and Skylark's presence in the market. Outcomes expected include a consistent supply of reference-able customer case studies for use in sales and marketing, as well as coordination of targeted outbound digital marketing, including but not limited to industry event participation, trade shows, trade press and other marketing initiatives.

Partnering with the cross-functional leadership team the Marketing Director will create and execute multi-faceted marketing activities to help drive customer retention, advocacy, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, execute, and maintain Ostmodern Marketing Strategy across Services and Skylark business units in alignment with goals set by Sales and Leadership teams
* Be a thought leader and influencer as a key part of the management team. This includes identifying areas of opportunity for the business, updates on industry developments, and creation of business-specific content that can be shared with prospects and partners
* Own and deliver content and opportunities to tell the Ostmodern and Skylark story creatively and effectively to partners and consumers
* Maintain a market approach and communications across all relevant channels (including owned media) with the goal of making our brand and marketing efforts a key source of growth across the business
* Build Ostmodern awareness across global markets and ensure that all marketing communications align with Ostmodern and Skylark positioning
* Write key content yourself and bring quality control to our messaging across our product and marketing channels
* Bring analytical rigour to better understanding our customers, including developing/optimising channels and spend across customer lifecycle (acquisition as well as engagement and retention).
* Report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using predetermined KPIs, optimising where these activities where required for maximum ROI
* Form strong relationships with industry press, other relevant journalists and publications

Requirements
We're looking for someone with:

* An experienced B2B marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering effective B2B marketing strategies to drive meaningful business results
* 5+ Years experience in B2B software marketing, including experience in marketing strategy development
* Digital savvy, including knowledge of email marketing, Paid Social, Google Analytics. Must be abreast and intellectual curious about current innovations in B2B marketing
* Excellent editorial skills with an eye for detail
* Collaboration and relationship skills
* Comfortable with multitasking multiple projects efficiently
* Experience in the Sports, Media and Entertainment sector a plus, but not mandatory
