Delineate is recruiting for a Campaign Engagement Manager to join its Campaign Engagement team in Llandysul on a permanent basis. We are recruiting for a Campaign Engagement Manager who will be responsible for owning and driving campaigns for our clients across multiple locations. The post holder will be West Wales based. This role is office based with some flexibility to work from home. We’ll be keeping this advert open over the holiday period and will begin reviewing applications from the first week of January 2026. Thanks for bearing with us! The Campaign Engagement Manager will: Ensure that the client meets deliverables in terms of campaign material submissions. Work between Delineate and client working on the medium to long term plan. Ensure that Campaigns are identified, mapped to the calendar, and planned accordingly. Ensure that Delineate colleagues understand the scope of a Campaign. Represent the Delineate campaign engagement team for their respective team. Act as point for escalation to ensure that Delineate has all required and correct inputs script the Campaign correctly, and if not liaise with Client. Meet with Client Team regularly to identify future Campaigns. Ensure campaigns are entered correctly into the shared client and Delineate planning tools and ensures are kept up to date. Work with a named client to identify stakeholders, educate and inform on their role in delivery, and ensures they have access to the right tools and planners. Maintain frequent contact with regular Campaign Client Associates. Participate in internal Delineate sessions and stand-ups to ensure that deliverables are identified and mapped correctly for delivery. Give feedback and ensure that Campaign Stimulus are sent to Delineate correctly and chases client colleagues to ensure compliance to maintain Campaign delivery dates. Support the review and evolution of the Campaign Management and Delivery process. Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Experience in managing client campaigns in the market research industry Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrable experience in interpreting client feedback to identify areas of improvement Results-oriented and ability to align team and individual efforts to meet business goals Strong analytical and project management skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
