Year 3 Class Teacher - Swindon Are you a passionate KS2 Teacher ready for a fresh challenge in a nurturing and forward-thinking environment? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Swindon are looking for a Year 3 Teacher to join their vibrant team and guide a class of 30 enthusiastic learners through an exciting stage of their educational journey. The role is a maternity leave position and starts at the beginning in January 2026. The role is part time, and the school need a teacher to work Monday- Wednesday weekly. What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and caring KS2 teacher who brings energy, creativity, and a child-centred approach to the classroom. Ideally, you will have: Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 Strong classroom management and planning skills A warm, inclusive teaching style that supports all learners Excellent communication and teamwork abilities A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Your Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Support pupils' academic progress and personal development Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers Contribute to school-wide initiatives and enrichment activities Why You'll Love Working Here: The school has a great team and a really supportive atmosphere.
