The Job in a Nutshell:
Your job will be to make sure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards by managing subcontractor packages, negotiating contracts, and ensuring valuations and variations are accurately handled.
Should You Apply?
We think candidates with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or civil engineering industry should apply. If you have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, strong knowledge of NEC contracts, and great organisational and negotiation skills, you’ll have a very good chance of being successful.
