* Ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels, including retail environments and digital platforms.
* Work with marketing and customer service to ensure interactions reflect the brand promise throughout the customer journey.

* Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners to deliver impactful campaigns and activations.
Candidate Experience
* 7-10+ years of experience in brand management, experiential marketing, or events, preferably in automotive, motorcycle, lifestyle, or performance sectors.
* Deep understanding of enthusiast cultures, especially in motorcycles or automotive industries. Proven success in crafting brand strategies and executing engaging experiences that drive loyalty and revenue.
