OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR - LIVERPOOL based office 5 days a week on site - Investments/ Financial Services - £24-£27k
I am currently working with a loyal client who operates within Financial Services.
They are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their Digital Services team that will take ownership of ISA transfers, monthly corporate payroll files, reconciling and making manual payments and supporting digital services.

You will also have exposure to process improvement, projects and supporting digital developments.
Desired skills:
* Knowledge of Investment products such as ISA's
* Knowledge of the regulatory requirements relating to investments
* Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and deal with urgent issues that arise
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
* CISI Investments Operations Certification or equivalent is highly desirable, but candidates without this will be considered and supported to obtain the certification
Duties will include:
* Managing the full digital investment administration lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Reconciling and processing bulk SAYE transfer files from registrars and share plan providers for client share transfers.
* Accurately reconciling and processing monthly corporate payroll files to credit employee contributions to digital accounts.
* Overseeing administrative functions supporting digital services, including manual payments, ISA transfers, account access, and subscription management.
* Providing expert technical support for online non-advised services, both for clients and internal teams.
* Assisting with complex case investigations and regulatory reporting.
* Handling written and phone inquiries from clients, wealth services, advisers, and third-party providers.
* Identifying and reporting risks, breaches, and process complaints.
* Collaborating with teams within Wealth at Work and third-party service providers.
* Performing general administrative duties
