A Client I'm working with based in North West is recruiting for a Housing Officer for the initial course of 3 months.
Working pattern : Hybrid (1-2 days working from home)
Rate : negotiable
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
Skillset and experience:
* Managing a patch of tenancies
* Dealing with complaints or ASB / nuisance matters
* Carrying out mutual exchanges and successions
* Conducting visits to properties
* Enhanced DBS required
* Must have a full Valid UK Driving License
