We’re now seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient management of multiple buildings, ensuring operational excellence, financial control, and a strong focus on sustainability.
Operational Management: Oversee hard and soft services, maintain site documentation, and coordinate with surveyors and property managers.
Financial Management: Draft and reconcile service charge budgets, manage costs in line with agreed budgets, and provide monthly financial reports.
Contract Management: Proactively manage supplier contracts, attend review meetings, and mobilise new agreements.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with legislation, maintain Riskwise scores above 90%, and manage contractor safety standards.
Drive green initiatives, reduce utility consumption, and ensure compliance with sustainability policies.
Maintain accurate records, monitor contractor KPIs, and conduct monthly audits.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel).
NEBOSH or IOSH qualification desirable.
