A high-profile opportunity has emerged for a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead delivery on a major built environment programme in London.

Role Overview
You will take ownership of end-to-end construction delivery, acting as the senior interface between the client, contractor, and design teams. This role demands rigorous control across schedule, cost, risk, and compliance in a highly visible programme environment.
Core Responsibilities
* Lead construction delivery across the full project lifecycle
* Hold contractors accountable on schedule, cost, and performance
* Drive risk identification and mitigation, maintaining delivery momentum
* Act as primary liaison between client, architects, engineers, and delivery teams
* Coordinate across professional services, contractors, and senior stakeholders (incl. the end client)
* Deliver clear, structured reporting to senior leadership
Essential Experience
* Senior-level project leadership within the built environment (Project Director calibre)
* Strong technical construction and methodology expertise
* Proven financial and commercial management capability
* Experience with JCT - (Joint Contracts Tribunal / Traditional) / NEC (New Engineering Contract) Frameworks
* Advanced scheduling capability (Primavera / MS Project)
* Deep understanding of construction Health & Safety regulations
