Ensuring all products are packed to standard
Driving the team to complete orders
* Experience leading people in a warehouse environment, with strong training, communication, and organisational skills.
* Good understanding of manual handling and Health & Safety legislation,
* Able to identify risks and resolve issues quickly while maintaining high operational standards.
* Knowledge using Microsoft Office and comfortable managing tasks.
