We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in finance and insurance processes to support the migration of data into Workday, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with finance operations. This role is critical to the successful execution of Release 1 and preparation for Release 2, contributing to policy updates, data mapping, and process documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed data analysis and mapping from General Ledger to Workday using Enterprise Interface Builders. Define and document Level 3 process flows specific to finance operations. Develop and deliver finance reports, including defining reporting requirements for Release 1. Assist with managing the reporting backlog and updating finance-related policies. Support the preparation and execution of R2 build activities. Ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy during Workday implementation. Translating complex financial processes into actionable data and workflows. Supporting regulatory compliance and finance best practices in an insurance context. Must-Have Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of finance processes and principles. Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry. Proven capability in data analysis, particularly for financial and operational reporting. Experience in defining and gathering report requirements. Familiarity with process mapping and established financial workflows. Hands-on experience with Workday, especially in a data migration context. Background or qualification in accounting or financial reporting.
