Support Worker Adult Supported Living Southport & Sefton£31847- £33482Monday - Friday must be flexibleWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established charity that provides high-quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs .As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supported living services, ensuring individuals receive safe, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, and community inclusion.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager looking to step up into a leadership role.Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a team of Support WorkersOversee rota planning, staffing levels, and service deliveryEnsure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standardsManage safeguarding concerns, incidents, and risk assessmentsSupport individuals to achieve positive outcomes and independenceMaintain accurate records, audits, and care plansLiaise with families, local authorities, and external professionalsParticipate in the on-call rotaRequirements Experience in a senior role within supported living or social careStrong knowledge of safeguarding and CQC regulationsLeadership experience or readiness to step into managementExcellent communication and organisational skillsLevel 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards)Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWhats on Offer Competitive salary within the charity sectorOngoing training and leadership developmentSupport to achieve Level 5 in Leadership & ManagementGenerous annual leave and pension schemeOpportunity to progress to Registered Manager levelA values-driven organisation making a real differenceAbout the Organisation This charity is committed to delivering high-quality, person-led support that enables individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives within their communities.
