The role – Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-set work to classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You will manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, provide general academic support where appropriate, and liaise with teaching staff and senior leaders as needed. No planning or marking is required. The ideal candidate will be organised, confident, and able to build positive relationships with students.
