The Role
Youll take ownership of day-to-day project delivery, ensuring programmes, resources, commercial performance and site operations are managed effectively. Working closely with planners, commercial teams and site staff, youll drive progress, resolve technical issues and maintain high standards across safety, quality and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Update and manage the contract programme weekly with the project planner, integrating subcontractor activities and highlighting delays or potential claims.
Plan upcoming works, procure subcontractors and place orders for long-lead materials.
