Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant | Freight Forwarding & Logistics | Heathrow & West London
Location: Heathrow Area
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus

We’re working with a leading freight forwarder who’s expanding their Military, Aerospace and AOG team. You’ll be at the heart of time-critical logistics, making sure vital cargo gets where it needs to be — fast, safe, and on time.
What you’ll be doing:
* Running full end-to-end air freight operations for urgent, high-value shipments
* Coordinating with airlines, hauliers and handling agents to meet strict deadlines
* Managing documentation and compliance requirements with precision
* Keeping clients updated and reassured every step of the way
* Problem-solving on the fly to keep operations running smoothly
What you’ll bring:
* Solid air freight forwarding experience (AOG or aerospace a bonus)
* The ability to think on your feet and stay cool under pressure
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A real commitment to great customer service
