Job Description:
Our client, a MARKETING business based near ST PAULS STATION, is seeking an accomplished SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join them during their next exciting growth phase. This is an incredible time to join this business that values its staff.
THE ROLE
* Serve as a finance business partner collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency while managing the business unit P&L, ensuring alignment.
* Partner with agency leadership to develop full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates.
* Work with the UK&I Reporting Team to provide variance analysis.
* Liaise with the Financial Control Team to escalate financial concerns such as overdue debt and unbilled media.
* Support the creation of PowerBI dashboards to clarify forecasts and budgets for leadership.
* Assess revenue growth risks and collaborate on cost control measures.
* Co-lead monthly revenue review meetings with key stakeholders.
* Partner with the Management Accountant to ensure accurate staff allocations.
* Compile and present monthly management information, including P&L performance, debtors, WIP, and unbilled media summaries.
* Conduct client profitability analyses and update senior agency teams.
* Work with business leads to maintain profitability and develop improvement strategies.
* Assist with contract management, reviewing contracts, assessing scopes, analyzing timesheets, and preparing fee proposals.
* Oversee onboarding of new clients, including credit insurance setup and system integration.
* Provide guidance and leadership to two direct reports.
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering.
