Description


TrueLayer is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Growth Marketing Associate to join our team. We are laser-focused on making Pay by Bank ubiquitous on all checkouts by finding, creating and capturing demand for our products.

As a Growth Marketer at TrueLayer, you will plan, execute and optimise creative campaigns, working closely with the Growth, Content, Events, Brand, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams to engage our target accounts. As our Growth Marketing Associate, you will:

* Collaborate on the planning and execution of multi-channel demand campaigns to reach and engage our target accounts (paid digital, comms, email, SEO, events…)
* Employ performance analytics to refine strategies as needed to meet objectives
* Build effective alignment with our internal stakeholders to create buy-in and support on all activities through clear alignment on KPIs and expectations
* Conduct research on target industries, buyer personas, and competitors to refine targeting strategies
* Support a high-quality event strategy, from hosted roundtables to sponsored tradeshows
* Partner with our Content team to produce copy and "quick win" content, such as blog posts, social content, scripts etc.
* Help maintain and troubleshoot demand generation tools (Hubspot, AI, Figma, Google etc)

Who you are:

* Excited to get stuck in with multiple demand marketing channels: events, paid digital, social
* A commercial mindset. You should be comfortable reporting on how your work contributes to our sales pipeline and revenue growth.
* Great communication skills and the ability to get stakeholders excited about your projects
* Collaborative and curious mindset, willing to work with key internal teams and ensure everyone is aligned
* Your ability to efficiently manage projects is evident in how you navigate a demanding, high-velocity work environment
* Keen to grow with the company: hungry for feedback and looking for continuous improvement in your work

We would be particularly excited if you have:

* An understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales funnels.
* Interest or knowledge in our target verticals (eCommerce, financial services, iGaming) fintech, payments, or another tech-driven sector
* Experience using AI tools (e.g. for writing, research, or sales engagement)
