Job Description We're recruiting for an Employee Relations Consultant to join us. We're offering a competitive base salary and hybrid working. As an Employee Relations Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience and ensuring our people policies reflect both our values and the evolving world of work. What you'll be doing: Providing expert advice on employee relations matters to managers and HR colleagues Supporting organisational change projects including restructures and TUPE transfers Building strong partnerships with HR, business leaders, and trade union representatives Delivering coaching and training to enhance ER capability across the business Monitoring employment legislation and recommending policy updates Analysing ER data to identify trends and inform decision-making Advising on complex employee relations cases with a focus on resolution Promoting a culture of fairness, inclusion, and continuous improvement Qualifications Who we're looking for: CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Experience working in a unionised environment Proven ability to manage complex ER cases and conflict resolution Excellent communication and influencing skills Commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights A collaborative mindset and commitment to positive employee outcomes Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
