The role:
You will be a key member of the UKI Hubexo Business Control team, helping to support the Head of Finance in their Business partnering function. You will prepare weekly and monthly reports, ensure accuracy of data and assist in preparation of Commercial Reviews, Forecasts and Budgets. In addition, you will be a key contact point for the business supporting them with ad-hoc information and insights.
This is what youll be doing:
* Management reporting Produce timely and accurate trading updates, monthly Business Review packs and Business KPIs
* Calculation of monthly commissions for accruals and ready for reviews with VPs
* Assist in Budget and Forecast preparation
* Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reviews ensuring accuracy and rigor.
* Maintaining the commercial and finance retention trackers
* Respond and communicate with business stakeholders on routine finance queries
* Ad-hoc analysis and assistance to the Head of Finance
About you:
* Studying towards ACCA or CIMA (preferred not essential)
* 2-3 Years experience in a similar analyst role
* Have worked in a B2B services company ideally a SaaS business model but not essential
* Experience of working with a wide range of Business Stakeholders
* Data Analysis ability to collect, analyse and interpret financial data to assist decision making
* Intermediate Excel Skills
* Variance analysis compare actuals financial results to budget and drive to the route cause
