Join a product-led business building and scaling core applications used across the organisation. You work close to engineers who set high standards on code quality, delivery, and product thinking.
You join small pods of 6 to 7 engineers. Each pod includes a mix of senior leads, mid-level developers, and junior engineers. You get direct access to experienced engineers who push standards and support progression.
You work alongside some of the strongest engineers in Manchester and Greater Manchester. The focus stays on delivery, learning, and continuous improvement.
What you do
* Build and improve core product features used across the business
* Take ownership across multiple applications and services
* Lead greenfield development and shape new systems
* Use AI tools to improve delivery speed and quality
* Think ahead and solve problems before they escalate
* Challenge ideas and improve how things are built
Tech
* Java, Python, or C# on the back end
* Front end exposure across modern frameworks
* Stack stays flexible depending on the problem
