* Lead clinicians: Recruit, mentor and performance-develop doctors, pharmacists and nurses; ensure rota stability.
* Champion patients: Keep outcomes, continuity and safety at the centre; use data to drive improvements.
* Partner widely: Work with Operations, Pharmacy, Product/Tech, Legal/Quality and Marketing to scale safely.
* Improve continuously: Test, measure and standardise what works; inform our telehealth/product roadmap.
About you
* GMC-registered doctor in good standing, with proven clinical leadership in private healthcare/health-tech or a fast-scaling service.
* Track record building or maturing clinical governance in a regulated environment; CQC experience preferred.
* Comfortable with telemedicine/direct-to-consumer pathways and using data to guide decisions.
* Clear, calm communicator who coaches clinicians, aligns stakeholders and raises standards.
* Experience with - or strong interest in - medical cannabis regulation and practice (comprehensive onboarding provided).
Why join Montu UK
