**Job Description:**
Proclinical is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative digital products in the health-tech space. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of technology and healthcare experts to deliver user-focused solutions. This position offers an opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges while shaping scalable and maintainable platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and optimize systems across the full stack, including frontend, backend, databases, and DevOps.
- Write clean, efficient code with a focus on simplicity, testing, and productivity.
- Prioritize user experience in all aspects of product development.
- Take ownership of end-to-end product development, making critical technical decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues with careful consideration of business impact.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering best practices and guiding architectural decisions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new languages, frameworks, containers, and cloud technologies.
**Key Skills and Requirements:**
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, Node.js, React.js, or React Native.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing and continuous integration.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization in cloud environments.
- Understanding of SQL databases is highly desirable.
