We’re looking for an experienced CNC Turning Operator / CNC Machinist who is passionate about engineering, takes pride in high-quality workmanship, and enjoys working with modern CNC machinery. The Role – CNC Turning Operator / CNC Machinist As a CNC Turning Operator you will: * Manufacture precision components to supplied CAD drawings and engineering specifications. * Set and operate CNC lathes ranging from small Puma Lynx machines to large Puma 700 models. * Program CNC lathes using Fanuc controls, including full or part programming as required. * Operate multiple machines when required during busy production periods. * Maintain accurate tooling and program records for all components produced. * Perform first-off and in-process inspection to ensure consistent quality. * Provide feedback to Production Engineering to optimise machining methods and cycle times. * Uphold Health & Safety standards and contribute positively to shop-floor safety and housekeeping.
