Publicis Le One is a 120-strong bespoke media agency for Haleon - the rebrand of GSK Consumer Health - managing iconic brands like Sensodyne, Panadol, Voltaren, and Aquafresh. We're looking for an experienced Global Category Strategy Director to join our London strategy hub and partner closely with Haleon's Global Marketing team. The Role You'll be the strategic driving force behind global brand planning - leading the development of smart, insight-led, emotionally resonant strategies for some of the world's biggest FMCG healthcare brands. Working alongside the Global Strategy Lead, you'll collaborate with planners, creatives, and market teams across Europe to bring data-driven thinking and bold ideas to life. What You’ll Do
* Lead and deliver global brand strategies across multiple categories
* Partner with local markets to embed global best practice and innovation
* Collaborate with creative and media teams to craft impactful communications
* Champion audience insights and data-led planning
* Build trusted relationships with senior clients and cross-agency partners
* Proven experience in strategic planning or communications strategy (agency or client-side)
* Strong media planning knowledge - digital and offline
* Confident, influential communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments
