The Development

The Role
You'll be site-based in Hertford, working from a brand new sales suite, guiding buyers from first enquiry all the way through to legal completion. You'll convert leads, build relationships, and hit targets - all while representing one of the most respected builders in the country.
What we're looking for
* Proven property sales experience - new homes experience is a strong advantage
* A self-starter with a genuine hunger to earn
* Confident, personable, and great with people
* Results-driven and target-focused
* Available to work weekends (1 weekend off per month)
What\'s on offer
* £28,000 - £32,000 basic salary
* £18,000 - £20,000 OTE commission
