Salary: WPT Band 3 £23,114 - £23,894 (£18,707 - £19,338)
Hours: 34 per week, term time including 5 additional days

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences, supporting diverse responsibilities that foster curiosity and academic growth.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Creating and maintaining a dynamic learning environment aligned with lesson plans, ensuring resources are available and safety regulations are followed.
2. Assisting teachers in delivering engaging activities using proven strategies to support student achievement.
3. Providing support to individuals and small groups to help students understand material and stay on track.
4. Monitoring progress and providing feedback to facilitate targeted support and interventions.
5. Promoting positive behaviour and addressing incidents promptly to maintain a harmonious environment.
6. Maintaining records of student progress and supporting classroom administration.
7. Assisting with assessments, including administering and marking routine tests.
8. Supporting pastoral care and implementing education plans (EHCPs) to support students academically and emotionally.
9. Helping with clerical duties and creating engaging displays to support classroom activities.
