For the successful Customer Service Executive client is offering:
1. £24,683.75 per annum
2. Monday - Friday - 9 am - 5:30 pm (Saturday Rota Approx 1 in 6 weeks once trained)

The role – Customer Service Executive
6. Handling incoming calls ensuring KPIs are met
7. Proactively manage the account ensuring that delayed orders and breakages are chased and communicated effectively
8. To answer technical questions
9. Inputting orders on the same day as they're received
10. To provide support with order entry and returns
11. Accurate data entry
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:
12. Must possess an excellent telephone manner - ESSENTIAL
13. Experience in dealing with customers
14. Basic computer skills
15. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
